My daughter and I went here for our first time. It was beyond professional, clean and a variety of glasses to pick from. The doctor was very knowledgeable, honest and took her time to make sure I got what I needed. Even when finishing up and checking out, the young woman who helped, was so friendly. The price for everything was very reasonable. We will definitely be back!!

Outstanding customer service throughout my visit. I can't say enough about Paul. He took his time with me and was extremely knowledgeable about the many questions I had being a first time eyeglass "user". Refused to replace a defective contact lens. I was told to just open another single lens pack. So, I paid for a product I can’t use because it’s defective. They refused to stand behind the product they sold me. Lost my business.

On 7-15-23 i was involved in an accident and my glasses broke.I called the Mentor office and asked if my warranty was still valid and it had expired by a day.The gal on the phone was so nice she spoke to the manger and they ordered me a new pair at no charge.I am so grateful to that young lady for her help and the office manager for really showing me that they are truly Americas Best.Thank You.Carmen from Wickliffe.
